Paul Gilbert is an attorney with more than 35 years of experience in real estate development,
land negotiation and acquisition, zoning and land use, subdivision, site plans and other land
use issues. Paul is a graduate of Brigham Young University and received his juris doctorate
degree from the University of California at Berkeley in 1971 where he served as Note and Comment
Editor on the Law Review. He is founder of the Beus Gilbert Law Firm in Scottsdale, Arizona where he currently practices.
