Dr. Guyette is a physician and dentist specializing in facial cosmetic and oral surgery. His practice
has served the Phoenix area since 1989. Dr. Guyette has served on the Arizona Board of Medical Examiners
(BOMEX) as well as local, state and national medical and dental organizations. He is a cofounder of the
Phoenix Society of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeons and former president of the state organization. He
also is the founder of GuyCor Development which develops mixed-use commercial projects and a founding
director of West Valley National Bank.
