Dr. Morreale currently serves as Chief, Pharmacy Service, VA San Diego Healthcare System and Director,
Pharmacoeconomics Residency Program. He received his Pharm.D. from the University of the Pacific School
of Pharmacy and received his MBA. from Webster University. He is Board Certification in Pharmacotherapy.
He serves on numerous national, regional and local committees focusing on health outcomes assessments.
In addition he has over 30 publications and is an experienced speaker both nationally and internationally
in health outcomes assessment.
