MediMin accepts health insurance of participating health insurance providers, including Medicare and AHCCCS (Arizona's Medicaid plan). We make every effort to participate with all major insurance plans, and continue to add health insurance providers to our network everyday.

If we are networked with your insurance plan, we will collect your urgent care copayment at the time of service.

Our services are affordable even if you are without health insurance, and our fees are usually lower than an emergency room visit, urgent care visit or typical physician office visit.

To prevent serious injuries while using a trampoline, allow only one person on at a time, and do not allow somersaults. Use a shock-absorbing pad that completely covers the springs and place the trampoline away from structures and other play areas. Kids under 6-years-old should not use full-size trampolines.
